Effective Date: 27th Dec 2023
Collaboration Agreement: District Trusts must comply with Trust rules and regulations for collaboration. A registration fee and cross cheque are required.
Termination: Trust reserves the right to terminate the Second Party’s collaboration if the specified goal is not achieved within one month.
Membership Agreement: Members commit to a non-refundable donation for five years, active participation, and may be eligible for benefits as outlined.
Withdrawal: Members acknowledge that the membership donation is non-refundable, and in case a member wishes to withdraw, no refunds will be provided.
Contributions: Members actively contribute to the Trust’s mission and understand that beyond documented papers, shared information is their sole responsibility.
