Trust Refund Requests: Refund requests for collaboration fees will only be considered after 3 years from the date of payment. This applies in the event of termination or a specific refund request.
Member Refund: Members commit to a non-refundable donation for five years. No refunds will be provided for membership donations.
Refund Process: Refunds for collaboration fees will be processed promptly upon verification, credited to the original payment method.
Termination and Refund: If the Second Party(Collaborated Trust) fails to achieve the specified goal within one month, the Trust reserves the right to terminate the Second Party’s collaboration. In such a case, the registration fee will be eligible for refund after 3 years, subject to adherence to the termination conditions outlined in the collaboration agreement.
